Taking the Rainforest Remote! Why Socialocca is moving the rainforest online
With increasing popularity in our subscription services for content creation (Socialocca Express), website design (Inkaloo), and social media management (Blu), our network is starting to span more and more. This change will position Socialocca to better serve and accommodate all clients anywhere — we’ll bring the office to you!
If you don’t have an office anymore, where will we meet?
Wherever you’re most comfortable! Meetings can be totally accessible through Google Hangouts, Zoom Meetings, or a video call. If you wish to meet directly in-person, our Socialocca team will still be able to collaborate locally at Wilkes-Barre’s THINK Center located at 7 S Main Street Wilkes Barre, PA 18701 (less than a block away from our current Socialocca office). Coffee or tea at a local shop is always great with us too. We work with dozens of businesses that we opt to patron when we’re able to, so we’ve got options!
Does not having an office change the products or services Socialocca can offer?
Not at all. In fact, going remote will free up expenses and time that we’re planning to allocate to further develop our current & future services. Our mobile studio setup for photo & video can do the trick usually just as well. In fact, we’d like to see Socialocca continue to travel and work remotely more for video & photo work as we grow. When a dedicated space is necessary, we can schedule time to collaborate locally at Wilkes-Barre’s THINK Center located at 7 S Main Street Wilkes Barre, PA 18701.
What does this mean for the future of Socialocca?
In short, good things. We thought a lot about this decision and we’re confident we made the best one for the direction the business is going. We’re starting to service more and more subscribers who want things to be easy and streamlined.
Part of our mission at Socialocca is to make social media simpler, however we can do so. During this transition, we’ll be revamping our online infrastructure and streamlining processes for social, web, graphics, and photo/video to keep things simple and accessible for current and future subscribers.
